Society 6

Society6 is an art marketplace where independent artists sell their work on physical products worldwide. Pattern was brought in for a full site redesign and Shopify replatform. I joined mid-project to lead the artist-side experience from that point through launch. Research ran alongside the design work. I built interactive prototypes for six moderated user interviews, collaborated on the research script, and used findings to make final refinements before handoff. Results were strong: users navigated successfully, completed tasks, and expressed enthusiasm for the redesigned experience.

Vive Organic

Vive Organic makes doctor-crafted wellness shots cold-pressed from organic superfoods. As part of a broader brand refresh, Pattern was brought in to design and build a Shopify Plus flagship that balanced brand expression with hard commerce performance. I was lead designer for the full site. Vive's refrigerated shipping made one-time orders hard to sustain so trial and subscription volume were critical levers and prioritized in the redesign. The visual direction matched the brand's "Loud by Nature" positioning: high energy and brand-expressive sequencing quickly into social proof and benefits to lead to conversion.

Kate Somerville is a clinical-grade skincare brand that needed a site refresh that could convert at scale. Pattern was brought on to redesign their mobile and desktop experience. I worked with another designer to reimagine their digital experience, owning surfaces such as the product detail page, blog, the skin quiz, and more. The new experience led to +180% overall revenue, +62% overall conversion rate, +187% mobile revenue after launch.

APL (Athletic Propulsion Labs)

APL is a premium performance footwear brand with a distinctive design aesthetic and a conversion-oriented site. This scope was focused on taking what existed and make it visually cleaner, improving UX and prioritizing conversion. I led UX and visual design for the entire project. Redesigning within someone else's established visual language meant that every decision had to feel native to the brand while quietly resolving the UX problems that were costing conversion. The work was a 3-month retainer, which meant iterating in close collaboration with the client and building trust through consistent, responsive delivery.
